Randy Teinert | CEO

Randy has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the business field. His current position as CEO utilizes his abilities to develop good business relations with the Revii Team nationwide, and also brings communication systems and infrastructure to Revii. Randy has obtained a wide variety of entrepreneur and senior management experience. Formally Vice President of IREA (Innovative Real Estate Acquisition) in St Paul, Minnesota, he held the executive position that was responsible for the five state sales division at the multimillion-dollar company. Randy was the Regional Director of Operations for Old Country Buffet restaurants. He was responsible for the growth and development of five districts and over 100 managers in the upper Midwest, and has extensive knowledge of financial, budgeting and forecasting. Randy was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended University of Utah and Alexandria Technical College in Minnesota, where he studied for his Business Administration degree. Randy enjoys riding his motorcycle and snowmobiling. He moved to Minnesota in 1992 with his wife, and has three children and two grandchildren.

Jodi Jockisch | COO

Jodi has 25 years of management experience in several facets of operations. Jodi has been in the direct selling industry since 2003, and has been involved in the management of information technology for the past 20 years. Jodi worked for an international life insurance broker before coming to work for Revii. As COO, Jodi is instrumental in policy development and regulatory compliance. Born and raised in Minnesota, Jodi enjoys spending time with her family. Being raised in the state of hockey, Jodi loves cheering for the Minnesota Wild and volunteering for Minnesota Special Hockey. She also enjoys coaching Special Olympics bowling and bocce, and one of her favorite down time events is taking road trips with her husband.

Rick Mertens | Production Manager / Commissions Specialist

Rick has been in the direct selling industry since 2002, and has over 15 years of experience working with commission plans. Rick was born in Woodbury, Minnesota, and is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He is married and has two beautiful children. In his spare time, Rick enjoys coaching and has fun attending Minnesota Twins games with his family.
